ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

From one (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider’s option, without charge. Warranty labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the retail establishment from whom you purchased your EV Rider product.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Motor: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply. (The increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.)

The batteries are warranted by EV Rider for 6 months after the purchase of the Unit.

Warranty service can be performed by EV Rider or by an authorized EV Rider service facility. Do not return faulty parts to EV Rider without prior consent. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Mobility Scooter.

The Warranty excludes:

• Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers, etc.)

• Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, or storage, commercial use or use other than normal.

• Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.

• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the mobility scooter without specific and prior consent from EV Rider, LLC

• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product not approved by EV Rider.

Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause.

Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law.

Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The warranty for each mobility scooter is printed in the Owner's Manual. Warranty does not cover labor, delivery or pick up charges, service calls, loaner unit, and similar charges. The warranty period begins on the date of retail sale. Ranger has a one year warranty on electronic, and a three year on the frame. Ranger product includes, Freedom scooter, Solo LTD. scooter, Solo Heavy Duty scooter, Safari LTD. scooter, and Solo XT550 scooter, Spirit, plus the Atlas electric scooter lifts.

NOTE: Customer will have to pay for the shipping of warranty replacement part, and pay for the shipping of the defective part back to Ranger Corp. 

  X-Treme Electric Scooters Manufacturers & Wholesale Distributors Offers a 30-day limited bumper-to-bumper manufacturers warranty on all scooters and accessories, and 90 days on selected models. Selected models include Electric Bicycle's XB-350 - XB-500 - XB-508 XB-600.The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. X-Treme will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping and handling costs. We do offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries. If any battery should become faulty within 6 months from the purchase date we will replace the battery free of charge. X-Treme requires that old batteries be returned to us for exchange. If you have questions about our warranty, please contact our support department by opening a ticket only. A friendly representative will get back to you quickly. Our support department winter hours are Monday through Thursday 9AM to 4 PM Central Standard Time. Summer hours are 5 days per week.

What is covered & what is not covered:
1. Scooter Body: Damage to any plastic/fiberglass part that is a result of shipping is covered only if it occurred during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported within 1 day to be covered under warranty. Otherwise, the plastic/fiberglass body parts are not covered under this warranty. If, after careful inspection by our shipping department it is determined that the scooter was damaged during shipping (digital photos may be required by e-mail) , X-Treme scooters at it's discretion will supply free of charge the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged scooter. X-Treme will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
2. Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.
3. Light bulbs & Fuses: Light bulbs are covered for 30 days only. Fuses are not covered and can be bought for less than .50 cents each at any auto supply store or Wal-Mart type of retail outlet.
4. During the first 30 days of the warranty: X-Treme Scooters will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the end user of the scooter. X-Treme may require certain parts to be shipped back to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user / customer. Call tags will never be issued.
5. Extended Battery Warranty: If your battery becomes defective within 6 months of the purchase date, we will replace the battery free of charge.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
ActiveCare warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

If within such warranty periods any such part shall be proven to be defective, such part shall be replaced. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in the installation of any such replacement part. ActiveCare’s sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy under this warranty, shall be limited to such replacement.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: THE FOREGOING WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO SERIAL NUMBERED PRODUCTS IF THE SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED, IF THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT, MISHANDLING, MISAPPLICATION, COMMERICAL USE, ACTS OF GOD, ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ACTIVECARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MODIFICATION THROUGH THE USE OF UNAUTHORIZED PARTS OR ATTACHMENTS; PRODUCTS DAMAGED BY REASON OF REPAIRS MADE TO ANY COMPONENT WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC CONSENT OF ACTIVECARE, OR TO A PRODUCT DAMAGED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ACTIVECARE'S CONTROL, SUCH EVALUATION WILL BE SOLELY DETERMINED BY ACTIVECARE. THE WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO PROBLEMS ARISING FROM NORMAL WEAR OR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS. A CHANGE IN OPERATING NOISE, PARTICULARLY RELATIVE TO MOTORS AND GEARBOXES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A FAILURE. ALL SUCH DEVICES WILL EXHIBIT A CHANGE IN OPERATING NOISE DUE TO AGING.
THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THE SOLE REMEDY FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PURSUANT TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN, THE APPLICATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN. ACTIVECARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE EXTENDED TO COMPLY WITH STATE/PROVINCIAL LAWS AND REQUIREMENTS.
