Ezpickscooter return policy:
We understand this is a big purchase, and if the scooter does
not meet your expectation or give you the satifaction that you taught
it would, we don't want you to feel like you are stuck with a scooter
that is not right for you. So for up to 7 days on any three or four wheel EV Rider, and Ranger, or ActiveCare scooters after you received it, you may return it.This does not include X - Treme scooters, Bikes, and ATV which are covered by X - Treme scooters. See bottom of page for X - Treme policy
If you cancel a order the next day after placing it, and the order has not been shipped, you will
get a credit back to your credit card for the amount charged minus 5%
restocking fee.
If you are
returning your scooter in the unopened boxes they came in, you will
receive a refund by check after returning scooter to supplier minus shipping charges to you, and 10% restocking
fee. See note below.
If
returning scooter in boxes that have been opened, we will make an
inspection of the product. If there is visible wear, missing or damaged parts,
we will determine its value, and we will refund you according to the
resale value, by check. See note below.
NOTE
It is the customer responsibility to pay for the
shipping of the scooter back to supplier warehouse in the oringinal
boxes it came in, and by the same carrier it was shipped to you.

EV Rider Scooter Return Policy
- EV Rider will accept returns, which are due to major mechanical failure or shipping damage.
- For simple parts failure , we will supply replacement parts to the owner.
- The proof of purchase date is required (i.e., invoice number, sales slip) for warranty verification.
- EV Rider must be called for a return authorization before any return will be accepted. EV Rider may be called at 1-800-1997 or 1-239-992-5054 to make claims and receive your RA#.
- Mechanical problems or warranty claims will be assessed. Upon verifiction of terms of warranty for products/parts replacement, a Return Authorization Number will be issued.
- If the return is due to shipping damage, the shipper must be contacted to complete a damage report. Upon receipt of the completed original shipper's report by EV Rider. EV Rider will arrange for the return shipping of the damaged scooter. Upon return of the scooter, EV Rider will perform an inspection to verify that all parts of the scooter have been received. Once verified EV Rider will reship the scooter to the customer at no cost or, will credit the customer's account.
A Restocking Fee will applied to all returned orders.
Ranger Scooter Return Policy
Please note that no parts may be returned without a Return Authorization number obtained from Ranger All Seasons Corp.
REPAIRS DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD: Call Ragers All Seasons Corp. 800-225-3811 or 1-712-475-2811 to request a Return authorization number and order the necessary parts. The old part must be retuned freight prepaid, using the shipping label supplied by Ranger. If Rager determines the part to be defective and coverd by the warranty, the company will issue credit for the repair parts that were shipped. PARTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS TO RECEIVE CREDIT.
OTHER MERCHANDISE; Call and request a Return Authorization Number, and clearly mark that number on the ouside of the shipping container. You will need to furnish the invoice number on which the parts were billed. There will be a restocking charge on all returned items (except for item which were incorrectly shipped due to Ranger's error.) No items may be returned for credit more than 60 days after invoice date. Merchandise must be unused and in new condition. If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing, there will be a charge for damages, or there will be no credit issued.
DAMAGED GOODS; Be sure to inspect all products at the time of delivery. If damages are visible,note the damage on the bill of lading (Freight) or notify the driver (UPS). You must report concealed damages immediately, but NO LATER 14 days to Commercial Freight, and 3 day for UPS from the time of delivery. After reporting damage as described above, you must file a claim with the delivering carrrier. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY any packaging material until the carrier has inspecter it and given you a writter report.
SPECIAL ORDERS; Special orders or custom modifications on any scooter not listed in the price list are not returnable and may not be cancelled after the order is placed.
X- Treme Return Policy
On X -Treme Two, three, and four wheel scooters, electric bikes and ATV there is a no return policy, but X -Treme does offer life time support on all their scooters. Go to support link below and open support ticket and follow steps.
Scooter & pocket bike returns are not allowed. Any scooter or pocket bike that arrives at our warehouse without an authorized RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused. We will however during the 30-day warranty period, provide you with free parts, & free live telephone technical support (we will phone you back after you open a support ticket and request a phone call). Please contact our support department should you need assistance. X-Treme Scooters will not be responsible for shipping charges on received or refused packages. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. We never issue call tags.
