NOTE
DAMAGED GOODS; Be sure to inspect all products at the
time of delivery. If damages are visible, note the damage on the bill of
lading (Freight) or notify the driver of (UPS, DHL, and FedEx). You must report concealed
damages immediately, but NO LATER 14 days to Commercial, and 3
day for UPS from the time of delivery. After reporting damage as
described above, you must file a claim with the delivering carrrier. DO
NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY any packaging material. The carrier has
to inspecter it and given you a writter report. Returns must be in same packages it was received.

 X - Treme Scooter Shipping Policy
We ship daily via FedEx Ground & DHL Ground
services to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are included with our
pricing if we are shipping FedEx ground / DHL Ground only to the lower 48
states. AK & HI must be shipped by AIR and those costs are additional and
not included under our free shipping. We do not offer COD. Air Rates can be
found on the FedEx website by
searching for rates from our zip code 50208 to your zip code.
Freight Shipping: Large motorcycles, electric bicycles,
ATV's and mobility scooters such as the XM-2000, XB-500, XB-508, XB-600, XB-350, XA-750, XA-1000, XT-300
& others are shipping by freight carriers strapped to pallets. We use
R&L Carriers for 99% of all shipments going to 48 lower states. We will choose the lowest cost carrier
for each individual shipment to California. The carrier and tracking number can
be found on the tracking number e-mail we send back to you after it
ships.
Expect all freight shipments to go by R&L
unless we contact you after the order is placed and tell you differently.
Dealers are expected to visit the shippers website at http://www.gorlc.com/usa_map.asp to
locate the nearest terminal for your customers if they are not paying $65 for
delivery to their door. Customers should be aware that in many states the
shipper offers only 1 or 2 terminals and these could be 100's of miles away from
the delivery address. It is the dealers responsibility to communicate with their
buyer about the terminal location.
X-Treme Scooters will ensure that each
door delivery using R&L Carriers ONLY will include a lift gate.

Freight Shipments must include the customers phone number. If we do not receive
the correct phone number of the customer, the shipment will not be shipped or
delivered. The carrier will phone the customer to schedule delivery to the
door.
**Freight palletized shipments going to New York City zip
codes:
100-104
110-119
150-196
These will incur a $65.00 door delivery fee. Their is no exceptions for this fee as
all freight carriers are charging over $150 or more for these NYC zip
codes.
**Freight palletized shipments going to Martha's Vineyard Island
zip codes: 025-026
will incur a $104.00 service charge in addition to the $65.00
door delivery fee for transportation on the ferry to the island. Shipments
picked up on the mainland at the terminal are free.
All shipments refused
at any terminal will have the shipping costs billed back to the purchaser.
Please be sure you or your customer is located near a terminal and has the
capability of picking it up if they are not choosing the $65 optional door
delivery service option.
All mobility scooter by Ev Rider, and Ranger scooter has free shipping.
All
small and medium size scooters are shipped by UPS, DHL, or Fedex ground
service. They will arrive in three to twelve business days, depending
on the location it is going to. All heavy duty units are shipped with
trucking companies such as, Watkins Motor Line, R&L Carriers and
EDI. These unit will take three to ten business days to arrive depening
on the location shipped to.
Shipping is available outside the 48 states, please call for details.
Accessories purchased with a mobility scooter, have no shipping charges; but if the accessories are ordered after the scooter has been shipped, there will be shipping charges according to the accessory.
